by Admin User - Wednesday, 25 June 2008, 04:57 PM
The eLearning system has been upgraded from Moodle 1.4 to Moodle 1.9. Unfortunately, version 1.4 was not directly upgradeable to version 1.9. All student accounts have been deleted.

New in this version:
  • FKE staff can use Squirrelmail username/password (POP3 authentication)
  • Students can use ACID username/password (LDAP authentication)
  • AJAX
  • Many other features...

Login Info

Login username:

  • FKE staff -> use FKE email server username.
  • UTM student/staff -> use ACID username. Check your ACID here.
  • Others -> login as guest. Some courses may allow guests to enter.
This eLearning site mainly serves the graduate students in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. However, guests are welcome.

If you're a student, log in using your ACID username/password or ask your lecturer to enable guests to enter. If you still have problems, contact the Administrator. If you need to reset your ACID password, contact acidwebmaster@utm.my.

After the dust has settled and all students have figured out their ACID passwords, e-Mail based self-registration has been reenabled. This is to allow guests access to e-learning materials.
